Yes ASK eVouchers can be used in conjunction with all other dining offers and can be used as full or part payment.
Do I get the full value I load onto the ASK Italian eGift or are there some hidden charges?There are no hidden charges, what you load on to eGift is yours or your recipients to spend. However the value on the eGift must be spent within 12 months. After 12 months any monies left on the eGift will be lost.
How will my ASK Italian eGift be delivered?Your ASK Italian eGift will be sent to the recipient via email as soon as the payment for the gift has been received or on your chosen date.
Can I use my ASK Italian eGift straightaway?All eGifts are delivered activated and can be used as soon as they are received.
Do I have to spend the full value on my ASK Italian eGift all in one go?It depends on whether you provided us with your personal details. If you provide us with your details when you purchase the eGift, but you don’t spend the total value of the eGift, an email or SMS will be automatically sent to you with a new code for the remaining balance. If you did not provide us with your details, we unfortunately won’t be able to contact you to reissue the remaining balance.
My ASK Italian eGift has expired, what do I do?Once your eGift has expired it is not possible to reactivate it. You have 12 months from receiving the text message or email to use the funds available.
If I don’t have enough money on my eGift to cover the whole of my bill can I part pay eGift, part other payment?Yes, you can pay as much as you like from your eGift. For example if you have £10 on your eGift, you can pay £5 from eGift and pay the remaining £15 in cash or with a debit or credit card.
Should I tell the waiter I want pay by eGift at the beginning of my meal or when I receive my bill?Your waiter only needs to know you are spending a gift card when your bill arrives. You do not need to tell him when you are placing your order.
